LinuxBenchmarking.com is a public deployment of the next-generation Phoromatic test orchestration and management software built into Phoronix Test Suite 5.4+. This reference deployment of the open-source Phoronix Test Suite / Phoromatic benchmarking software tracks the performance of several high-profile open-source projects on a daily basis looking for performance regressions and improvements. This test farm is fully open-source and automated from the powering on/off systems, setting the systems into their appropriate state each time, remotely managing and maintaining the systems, and the collection of all benchmark results.

This test farm and its current test schedules/trackers were established at the end of 2014 while the public data became available starting May 2015. The current LinuxBenchmarking.com should be considered BETA though the Phoronix Test Suite and Phoromatic benchmarking software itself is production-ready, enterprise-deployable, and is used by countless organizations around the globe. Commercial support, custom engineering, and other services are available by contacting commercial.phoronix-test-suite.com.


This service is powered by the Phoronix Test Suite's built-in Phoromatic test orchestration and centralized performance management software. The tests are hosted by OpenBenchmarking.org. The public code is hosted on GitHub.
